ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with toddler age children and their parent in a morning Parent/Child class.
- Instruct children in activities designed to promote Christian, social, physical, emotional and intellectual growth.
- Plan individual and group activities to stimulate growth in language, social and motor skills, such as learning to listen to instructions, playing with others and using play equipment.
- Provide careful and concentrated supervision of play areas to insure student’s safety.
- Help children develop self-help skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be an active member of a Christian church.
- Must have at least 6 months of experience working with young children.
- 6 units or more in Early Childhood classes or related fields preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or (GED).
